GETTING
ANXIOUS ADULTS
OUT OF THEIR HEAD
AND INTO THEIR LIFE.
Online Anxiety Therapy Serving West Los Angeles and Across CA & FL
You’ve always felt like you’re “too much” for people - and you drive yourself crazy trying to figure out how to be less.
Being less emotional
SO MUCH OF YOUR TIME AND ENERGY GOES TOWARDS:
Trying not to come across as awkward
Wondering if you’re a burden or too needy
You pick up every subtle shift in someone’s tone or mood, replay conversations over and over to make sure you didn’t offend anyone - but no matter what, you still question whether you did something wrong.
You’ve spent so much of your life figuring out how to make others happy and avoid conflict that it’s only now starting to hit you - so strongly it’s hard to ignore…
you’re not happy.
What if the answer isn’t in finding ways to make yourself less?
But in learning how to show up in the world and relationships more as your full, amazing, authentic self - big emotions and all - without letting your anxiety shrink you?
Hi, I’m Tyana (she/her).
I believe therapy is about uncovering who you were before the world made you feel like there’s something wrong with you.
Your sensitivity was never the issue - it‘s always been your strength.
The way you feel it deeply when someone else is hurting.
How protective you are of the people you love.
How you know what someone’s feeling before they even say it.
But when you learned sensitivity was something to hide, not embrace, it can start to feel overwhelming… like you’re a sponge absorbing every feeling around you with no off switch.
Together, we’ll explore how your past experiences have shaped you so you can understand how you got here - and what needs to shift. I draw from extensive training in anxiety and trauma, including IFS, psychodynamic, and mindfulness-based approaches to customize therapy to your unique needs.
The goal isn’t just for you to understand yourself better, but to create deep, lasting shifts in your confidence, your relationships, and your ability to manage stress and big emotions.

Anxiety and overthinking can keep you stuck in your head - replaying interactions, second guessing decisions, and feeling so exhausted from never getting a real break from feeling stressed.
Together, we’ll bring down the volume of the noise in your head, understand what’s keeping you stuck in these patterns, and help you feel more in control of your attention and energy.
-
Growing up being told you’re “too sensitive”, “too emotional”, or just “too much” can make it feel like there’s something wrong with you. Over time, you may start to think you need to tone yourself down to be accepted..
We’ll explore how early messages shaped how you view your emotions and sensitivity today. You’ll learn how to hold space for the emotions that show up without judgment or getting overwhelmed by them - and start to see them as a source of wisdom, not a defect.
-
Somewhere along the way, you picked up a bully in your head that’s hard to shake off. It picks apart anything you say or do, and no matter what, it never feels like you’re doing good enough.
In self esteem therapy, we’ll explore where this bully came from and why it’s still running the show. You’ll learn how to replace it with a more supportive inner voice, and build a steadier sense of confidence that isn’t thrown off so easily by mistakes or others’ judgments.
-
Your default mode is putting others above yourself - saying yes to things even when internally you’re screaming no. You don’t want to burden anyone, but you’re noticing you feel resentful, drained, and unsure what your needs even are anymore.
In therapy for people pleasers, we’ll teach you how to speak up, set boundaries, and not back down when that familiar guilt and fear pop up. You’ll start to feel more honest and connected in your relationships - able to show up as the full, authentic you.
Here’s how I can help:
Therapy with me is…
Digging deep to understand the root of your patterns
Gently but directly calling out where you’re stuck
Personalized tools and between session work for lasting change
Making space for humor - while also noticing when it’s covering something deeper
A space where you can be honest if you don’t like something I say or do
Therapy with me is not…
Talking about the same things every week without real movement
Passively nodding while you talk the whole time each session
Giving you generic tools you’ll never actually use
Only focusing on intellectual understanding without connecting to what’s happening in your body
A therapist who feels emotionally distant or hard to read
Client Testimonials
“I first started seeing Tyana because I was a highly anxious person and it affected my everyday life.
Tyana helped me gain control over my own mind. My favorite part throughout my therapy journey is that she safely pushed me to explore areas that I wouldn't have initiated myself.
We addressed my insecurities, my anxiety, overthinking, past traumas. Tyana is an incredibly understanding and knowledgeable person/therapist.”
— Former CLIENT“I was struggling with anger, sleeplessness, anxiety. The feelings would interfere with my goals and my ability to move forward in life.
I didn’t trust anyone to help me, but I knew I needed help. Immediately I felt safe and comfortable with Tyana.
Tyana validated everything I was feeling and helped me understand and process. She had me analyze different parts of myself and how they showed up to care for me.
I accessed parts of myself in a new and safe way, engaged with them with her help and slowly but surely started to feel like a whole person again. I finally feel present.”
— Former CLIENT"I was fresh off a break up and felt like my entire life had crumbled when I met Tyana.
I knew I needed someone to talk to and after striking out with a few therapists and I could tell Tyana was different.
She is thoughtful, caring, and insightful. She showed me how to recognize emotions in my body and proceed from there.
In one of the darkest moments of my life, Tyana was a partner who helped facilitate significant growth and self awareness, connect with my parts and address trauma."
— Former CLIENTOnline Therapy - Support & Comfort Without the Commute
It’s not always easy to find time for therapy. Between meetings, working out, spending time with loved ones, and life, driving to therapy may take the precious minutes you need just to take a break. But you still crave the feel of going into a therapist’s office.
For my new clients, I send out a special starter kit filled with small things that make a difference such as:
A white noise machine for privacy
A fidget toy
Essential oils to help you settle in
Even though these sessions happen from your own space - whether it’s home, work, or even your car - I encourage you to treat them like you’re coming into my therapy office. Because they matter just as much. We show up real, we dig deep, and we create the shifts together.
Here, your comfort is the priority.
Therapy that actually helps you grow.

We Get to Work
Early on, I’ll ask questions to understand what’s been keeping you stuck and how these patterns got here in the first place. Sessions focus on more than just creating insight - we’ll build real, sustainable shifts by challenging habits that aren’t working and giving you practical tools that actually fit you (we’ve got more than just deep breathing here).
And sometimes, you may just need space to get things off your chest, and we make space for that too, while still moving you towards your goals.
