Online therapy has been shown through numerous research studies to be just as effective as in person therapy. It is especially helpful for people who need a contained, grounded space they are already familiar with.
Online therapy is great for someone who:
Wants to work on themselves and their healing from a location of their own choosing
Does not feel like they are at high risk for self-harm or suicide
Feels comfortable using technology and has a device (phone, tablet, laptop) they can use for sessions
Has access to reliable internet or phone service
Knows a private space they can go to during therapy where they would feel comfortable speaking about what’s going on for them

Sessions are $200 for 50 minutes and tailored to your needs. I specialize in online anxiety therapy for adults struggling with overthinking, emotional overwhelm, self-esteem, and relationship patterns.
I also partner with Thrizer, which may allow eligible clients to use out-of-network benefits without paying the full session fee upfront. You can learn more about potential savings here.

I am in-network with Aetna and otherwise provide out-of-network therapy services.
If your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits, I can provide superbills for reimbursement. I also partner with Thrizer, which may help eligible clients avoid paying the full session fee upfront. You can estimate your potential costs here.
-
Even if I’m not in-network with your insurance, your plan may still reimburse part of your therapy costs through out-of-network benefits.
I partner with Thrizer to help check your benefits before we begin so you’ll have a clearer understanding of your potential session costs upfront.
Some eligible clients may only pay a copay at each session instead of the full fee. You can check your potential saving here.

Under the No Surprises Act, clients who are not using insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of services.
You can request a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling services or at any time during treatment.

Before your first appointment, I’ll send you a welcome package with cozy items like essential oils, a fidget toy, and a blanket to help sessions feel more grounding and comfortable.
During our first session, you might:
• Come in ready to unload everything that’s been weighing on you
• Or let me guide the conversation so we can better understand your history, current struggles, goals, and what you’re looking for in therapyIt’s completely normal to feel nervous. You never have to answer anything you’re not ready for. The goal of our first online anxiety therapy session is simply to start getting to know each other and figure out where support would feel most helpful.
-
Therapy looks different for everyone, so there’s no one-size-fits-all timeline. Some clients come in wanting support for anxiety or boundaries and later uncover deeper relationship or self-esteem patterns they want to continue exploring in therapy for a year or longer. Others experience relief more quickly than expected and feel ready to be done in a few months.
We’ll regularly check in about your goals, progress, and whether therapy still feels supportive and aligned.
My work tends to be most effective when clients can commit to consistent weekly sessions for a period of time. If you’re looking for occasional or as-needed sessions from the beginning, I may not be the best fit.
-
To make sure clients receive the best level of care and support, there are some concerns I’m not currently equipped to treat, including:
• Active severe substance abuse
• Psychotic disorders
• Active eating disorders
• High-risk crisis situations requiring 24/7 support
• Active suicidal or homicidal intent with plan and intentIf we determine another level of care or specialty would better support your needs, I’m happy to help guide you toward appropriate resources.

Amazing! Let’s start with a free 15 minute consultation call.
During the call, I’ll learn more about what’s bringing you to therapy, answer any questions you have, and help you get a feel for how I work so we can decide whether this feels like the right fit.
If it does, we’ll discuss scheduling options for ongoing sessions.
I truly believe therapy is the most helpful and impactful when the fit is right. If on the call we figure out this isn’t the right match, I am happy to help send over some names of people that you can reach out to instead.
